The exhibition commenced a world tour in May 1930 with proceeds donated to King Edward’s Hospital Fund for London and the Voluntary Hospitals.
The Princess was photographed against a backdrop of Madonna Lilies at St Paul’s Walden Bury, the Hertfordshire home of her maternal grandparents, the Earl and Countess of Strathmore. // RCT
