I recently got a job after being unemployed for so long and I'm starting college classes in the Spring so there's all that too.

Thad couldn't help but smile at that. "Tch..."
Fixing his hair with a few quick finger combs, he knocked to alert Bart of his arrival. His previously discarded clothes were tucked under his arm.

9. A pair of boxers
"Cute…?" Thad grumbled, clumsily grabbing around for his clothes to try and cover himself from Garth’s gaze. The boxers were bright pink in color with grey trimming, not normally his first choice but they had come in a bulk order and were the only clean pair at the moment. Laundry day was truly the bane of his existance.

Already changed into his trademark hooded sweatshirt and worn jeans, Thad considered the option for a moment. Sleeping in the bed Bart shared with Gabe was not on his list of things he was alright with.

"I suppose we can’t all have super speed to accelerate learning," he teased, tapping his temple for emphasis.
"Oh sure, rub it in.” he teased back, laughing softly.
"In all fairness, you can breathe underwater and have all those extra Atlantean magical bits so I'd say we're even."

"Oh?" Thad snorted, crossing his arms over his chest, "Is that right?"
"Pretty sure it’s been scientifically proven even." Gar smiled. "How about a hint?"
"Oh really? And what scientific authority has proven this?" He asked, continuing to avoid the question.
Bart/Thad - "Good Boy"
Thad inhaled sharply, trying to bite back a quiet whine, his hand gripping the arm around his waist. “H-..” he cleared his throat, eyes closing when his embarrassment was too much to handle, “How am I s-supposed to relax when… Well, when you’re… touching me…?”
Gar blew a slow hot breath past Thad’s ear. “That’s the real question, isn’t it?” Gar squeezed Thad again. “You do your best to stay relaxed…and I do my best to keep you excited. It’s like a game…”
The breath on his ear made him squirm in the other's lap, his hips pressing backwards against him. "Nngh," Thad huffed in mild irritation, "I hate games..." But good boys played the games they were told to, his brain not-so-helpfully reminded him. So he took another slow inhale and concentrated on relaxing again.

Thad paused for a moment, his thumbs hovering over the keypad. 'Come over'. That meant at Bart's place of living. Bart and Gabe's.

"That is true." he agreed. "But I have been speaking it for—" he paused. How old was he again? Dimensional travel made keeping track of his age way too hard. “—years. I would have hoped to be more fluent by now.”

A pleased shiver ran down his spine at the praise, “Y-yes, okay…” he agreed with a sigh and relaxed in his hold, Gar’s hand feeling so warm in his lap. Not a entirely unpleasant feeling, which did surprise him. Thad watched his hand with half-lidded eyes, his curiosity out-weighing the idea that the very act was rather vulgar.
Carefully, Gar unbuttoned Thad’s pants and slipped his hand in. “So good” He said, speaking softly just into Thad’s ear. “Just relax…” Gar reminded him, before squeezing Thad through his underwear.”
