It'd been late when Jaron had started to gather up his things in order to head out from Victor's office. He'd tried to convince Victor to leave too, but the other made up some sort of excuse why he couldn't. Maybe it wasn't actually an excuse, but it probably was.

Either way when Jaron slipped out the office door he hadn't expected anyone else to still be in the building. "Fuck-shit sorry. I wasn't expecting-" came out as he barely missed colliding into someone, the end sort of tapering off as he adjusted the backpack that was hanging off one shoulder and running fingers through recently tousled hair.

Ken was used to there being stragglers out of the office but he knew Victor tended to work a bit longer than most people. However he wasn't expecting to see someone come out of his brother's office. So when two collided he nearly jumped out of his skin.

"shit sorry, I mean- no you're good..." He shook his head shrugging "I'm uh here to collect the workaholic that is my brother...was he in his office?" He pointed to the door Jaron had come from. He was low-key looking Jaron over trying to determine if Victor was in talks to sign him to the label or if he was a sycophant finally leaving for the night. Narrowing his eyes he looked at him "I feel like I've seen you here a lot recently..."

There was something about her answer that made him smile a little further. Maybe it was because she said she didn't mind, but really it was likely because at the end of it she'd said she trusted him. "how were things at work today?" Ruben asked, making some small talk to fill the time as they made their way to the restaurant.

She smiled brightly as they walked. Highly aware of their hands still connected together. "Ugh, boring as always. It really felt like time was at a stand still. I was praying for a group of kids to make a ruckus in the library for once to kill the time" she said with a giggle. "I think it's because I was so anxious about tonight....but like excited anxious you know?" Trying her best to explain hoping he would understand "what about you? Things okay at the coffee shop? Any new adoptions since we last talked?"

rosalina was admittedly a little tired after work today, some of the talent was being difficult to work with which happens sometimes. hell she could be too, some people just had bad days so she wasn't going to hold it against them. she was looking forward to the escape room however which is why she still showed up instead of texting ripley about a raincheck. "yeah i'm here," she said with a soft smile, "i'm sure, if that's alright with you of course i don't want to keep you here longer if you were looking forward to going home."

He could tell she was tired and figured she had just come from work. He felt a soft smile pull at his lips as he shook his head slowly "no, no I'm fine. I'm more happy to see you than going home..." He said honestly. "Are you here on your own?" No one had followed her in but he wanted to check. If she had come alone, he was going to offer to play one of the rooms with her. Was it cheating? A little bit but he wasn't about to let her do it alone.

Once at the window, Kelly placed an order. A burger for himself, the orders of onion rings and fries to split, a drink and then whatever Prince wanted in addition to the items to split.

Grounding him in this reality, yes he was sober which was weird for him and yet he also felt weirdly almost drunk of the adrenaline. "it looks like one guy is manning both of those bouncy houses....we might be able to sneak in while he's letting kids in to the other one..."

Bio:

Being born the youngest in the Barns family it really was no surprise that Casper latched on to his brother Richard growing up. Only 4 years difference while the twins were ten years older. Richard and Casper were inseparable almost to the point where people thought they were twins. However being in a house hold as rocky as the barns', made things scary for the boys.

While the twins were already off doing their own thing that left Richard and Casper to deal with their parents on their own. When Richard showed the smallest bit of rebellion he was punished for it and so was Casper in turn because he was there. It caused something in Richard to snap. Tackling his father to the ground and nearly killing him on the spot. I wasn't until a 13 year old Casper had to pry Richard off of him. It was there that his own mother called security on him and had him throw on the streets and kicked out his home. It devastated Casper. He begged his parents to just reprogram him and let him come home. However that was just the issue, they had reprogrammed him too many times to count and it always ended up in some violent fight. That was the final straw for their parents.

Casper still didn't care, at only 13 he began to hate his parents more than he already had. Richard was their son and they just gave up on him in one night. It was around this time that Casper started to change. Changing his brown hair to the Darkest black her could do, wearing darker close and make up. He took poems he had written growing up and put those to songs. And along with a few friends made the band Purely Crimson. By 16 he was signed at Immortal records and by 18 he was moving out of his parents home.

he's proud of what he's accomplished with his band and his life, However he can't help but feel an overwhelming urge to do harm. He already had a temper that was something to be worried about but this? the only way he could make it stop was through his music.

He's on the hunt for Richard, he hasn't seen him in almost 20 years and he worries something has happened to him that he doesn't remember Capser or the twins.

Kimberly Ray had a pretty easy life growing up. It was just her and her parents. While they didn't have much money growing up there was no doubt in her mind that she was loved because her parents did everything they could to give Kim the world. She thought they would move mountains for her.

until one day a little after she turned 13 her and her parents got into a horrible car accident. Her parents managed to get out with minimal injuries but Kim however had been pinned between the seats and the twisted metal of the car. When they asked if she was okay she said she was fine that's she didn't really feel much. Little did they know she had a sever spinal chord injury that would leave her paralyzed from the waist down. The doctors Emboldened her parents to get her the cybernetics she would need to help her walk again or else she would never walk again. However her parents were traditionalist and believed this happened for a reason. They refused the enhancements for Kim, she has been bound to a wheel chair ever since.

Since then, Kim had struggled with her mental heath, she had no control of a lot of her life. and one night while her parents were sleeping she locked herself in the bathroom and attempted to take her own life. Thankfully her father had found her in time to recover and she survived to attempt. Because of this they put her in trauma Therapy. It started as a group, and Kim was beginning to feel normal again. she was a junior in high school at the time and while her mental heath was always working against her she still managed to do well in school. Her Trauma Therapist asked her to stay after group one day to discuss her treatment. He was an older man who Kim had looked up too. Until he forced him self on her, she didn't know what to do. The other group member had left for the day, it was just her and her therapist. She just got it over with, thank him for the group session and went home. This went on for the next 2 years till she turned 18. That's went she decided to move away from home and go to college in the middle district to be a Trauma Therapist so she could be better than whatever the monster was that she had.

She hasn't seen him since, but the last time she heard he was being investigated for another incident that happened shortly after she left the group. She now lives in the middle district on her own and has a very successful practice. She see's her own Therapist, one that she fully trust. She hasn't talked to her parents in years opting to separate herself from them, still resenting them for keeping her in the chair, resenting those that have enhancements themselves.

She's not 100% but she happy where she's at despite everything she's endured and been through.

Bio

Aurora doesn't remember much of her life before the Rose's and she want's to keep it that way. If her situation is anything like the other snyth's she's heard about then she would rather be blind to her life before. With the Roses she was safe, taken care of and was able to do what she wanted. Go to school to become a Phycologist.

She's not sure why, but she has always wonder why people were the way they were and wanted to know more about what was going on inside their head. While The roses did take care of her if she asked she still wanted to get a Job to help her learn responsibility, it was here she met Kaveh. The two became fast friends and it was no brainer that she would move in with him when the time came.

She's never really dated much, mostly focusing on school or work but she can't seem to ignore the feeling she gets when she's around her friend Dallas.
