thinking back on the fact that a whole 31-year-old magnus carlsen was so furious about losing a chess game to a teenager that his own dad literally had to stop him from marching up to 19-year-old hans niemann's hotel room to ask if he actually cheated is actually wild like... what was the actual plan there? was he really going to corner him in a private room, demand a confession with zero proof, and just calmly walk away when hans inevitably told him no?
