If you’re taking IC shit OOC, that is. Like, iT’S FICTIONAL CHARACTERS DOING FICTIONAL THINGS. If I’m an asshole to you IC, that doesn’t mean I hate you OOC. If I do, you will know it, but I will never bring that into play when I RP with you. Grow The fuck. Up.

Agreed.  Totally agreed, although I know I have my favourites that I tend to use obnoxiously it’s definitely nice to see underused FC’s, and people switching it up.  And what really bothers me is when people harrass the mods to try to change a certain characters FC, or only pick a character because they like the FC without reading the bio.  LIKE, DOES IT REALLY MATTER?!  Pick the character because you like it and then go from there, yeah?

Literally this!!  I cannot begin to describe how annoying this is, really.  If you’re not emotionally stable enough to handle a bit of contention (and let’s be real here, how many RPers do you meet that don’t want an angsty plot?) you probably shouldn’t be RPing.  Not every character is going to love and get along with your character, but that doesn't mean that you need to be personally offended OOC.

I have such a problem with this, and I have such a problem with people shaming others because they want things to be tagged.  I mean, I understand tagging some things can be excessive, but still, tag the basics, especially if it’s going to be graphic or violent.  People have triggers and RPing is supposed to be fun, not give people attacks of anxiety.

I hate that, when on my indie, people will follow me, then never contact me. I can't keep track of everyone who I've interacted with. If you want to RP with me, message me! I'm not scary and it's not that hard!

Agreed, I wasn’t in Indy land for long, but it was hard when someone followed you and literally made no effort to RP with you at all.  It’s so awkward like - wait, am I supposed to message you or did you literally just want me to follow back or what’s GOING ON BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW.  And then mass chaos ensues.

It irritates the shit out of me when people get all Fifty Shades with their smut. Like, it's smut. It doesn't need to be obnoxious. If it feels written and unnatural, I'm not smutting with you...ever again.

Don’t even get me started on people going over the top with smut.  I mean, it’s great that your characters “loins were burning as the sweet succulent aroma of her perfume reached his noise, his bulbous cock twitching as he approached her” but really, it just seems like you’re writing words just to write words.  Trust me, there’s a different between actually writing good smut, and going way over the top, and when you start to go over the top, people probably won’t want to continue to smut with you.

It's horrible when admins reject you from a roleplay because they personally think that your FC is 'ugly.' Who is to say that someone else in the RP won't find the FC attractive? Not to mention what is attractive is subjective, anyway...

It's annoying when people can't do things like put commas in or capitalize properly. Seriously, roleplaying is WRITING BASED. You should have a basic grasp of the English language.

I mean, yeah. Don’t get me wrong, I’m no grammar nazi, but if you’ve got zero punctuation and multiple typos that are easily caught, get your shit together…
