“I feel like I’ve really earnt my stripes - I feel ready to play a lead. I would just love to prove I’m good enough to carry a project.”

"Perhaps the most famous is Newton’s third law: when one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to that of the first body. Or, put simply, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." — Esquire Presents: The Principia of Natalie Dormer
Head canon
When overwhelmed by art, beauty and/or creativity, Grace will fall into a sort of fugue where she will be completely focused on the object (or a painting) until it's completed. She knows that she falls into these sorts of things. She remembers nothing that she says or actually does during the fugue, but she does know when she comes out of them, her paintings are often finished (or close enough to completion). They don't really bother her, but can be an inconvenience at times.
OH RONAN!
"You only lie as much as I do." which was pretty much any time they got. While Liesmith blood may have literally ran in Ronan’s blood, Grace seemed to have obtained some through osmosis, and the fact that Loki had taken great pains to train the girl as much as possible. She watched Ronan fumble for his phone, pausing only momentarily to let a group of pedestrians pass them. "Kinda like the movie, yeah. I really hope it doesn’t get struck by lightening though. It’d be really hard to replace and burn up a ton of stuff. My paintings are going to go there!" She stood up on her toes and looked at the pictures, her eyes going wide at the sheer beauty of Asgard. The spires and buttes, as well as the color made her lower back onto her feet as she swayed slightly again, "Lemme see your tongue," her voice soft, slightly far away as she battled against another one of her ‘episodes’.
"Which is to say about a third of the things out of your mouth are untrue, yes?" He snickered softly, balancing the pie on one palm as he weaved through the foot traffic. He had to credit the alternate whom had taught Grace; though not his father, Loki’s influence was definitely on the girl, and it gave her a confidence he was glad of, since most people were so wary of him once they learned of his parentage. "I shall have to put a ward upon it to protect it from fire, then!" he answered simply, his nod giving it a finality that meant there was no arguing the fact. He watched her expression with a bit of pride as she surveyed the miniscule scene—and then hastily dropped his phone back in his pocket and looped his arm around her shoulders so she wouldn’t get lost in the sidewalk traffic. Obligingly he poked his tongue out: pink, of course, though his broken eye flickered a little more strongly now. He was using too much magic to keep the facade up and concentrate on the spell back at the lab, and he was getting hungry. He hoped he wouldn’t have to stop and rest before they started in on the pie. "See? Normal old Ronan."
Grace stuck close to Ronan, resting her head against him as she felt her head swim. They walked slower now as a large purple sign up ahead declared 'Planet Fitness' in bold yellow print. "Sometimes a fourth," she replied, her voice still far away. She seemed intent on staring at the sign as they walked, her own arm going around Ronan's waist as she kept near him. "Would you really put a ward on it? Gods, anything to protect that building once we've moved in. Sheri's going to have her music stuff there too. It's going to be full of creativity." Her voice grew stronger as the episode began to fade. She looked up and saw the tongue, "Drats. I was really hoping I'd get to be a princess." She noted the eye flicker and didn't mention it, knowing how sensitive Ronan could be. Then they were there. Several feet of glass window panes about nine feet tall. Treadmills and stair climbers out looking at the Cityscape, and a good number of people of varying sizes working on the machines.
OH RONAN!
"Would I lie?" he asked, the grin unchanged to the point that it was clear that was the dumbest of dumb questions. Of course he would. It was in his blood, it was part of his very nature—but he tried very hard never to lie to Grace. Because of this he was now digging in the many pockets of his signature overcoat, trying to find his misplaced phone. The signal didn’t reach Asgard, of course (even Tony Stark hasn’t worked out a cell network that works across the branches of Yggdrasil) but it made a workable camera when he could remember to charge the battery. "Ooh, a clock tower, you say? Is it like the one in that movie you showed me and will get struck by lightning at some point?" he asked as he flicked through his pictures. Apple orchard, Bifrost, picture of the sky… "Here we are. See? I am not making this up." It showed an image that seemed to be taken from a great height, looking down at the great golden city surrounded by a black sky full to bursting with stars. "If you are the rightful ruler, then I am a black-tonged bilgesnipe."

The elevator was there and soon enough it was whisking both of them down to the lobby floor. Grace looked at the pie, smiling at the little decorative pastry leaf on top. “We’ll have to go for ice cream after. You can never just eat a cherry pie alone.” She smiled up at Ronan, “We can spend the whole day causing trouble! Oh! Sheri and I have been talking about getting a studio, I could show it to you, after pie and ice cream! It’s so beautiful. The architecture is stunning.”
"Oh, definitely. Pie without ice cream? Positively barbaric." He nudged her gently with his elbow. "Is that so? I should show you the photos on my phone sometime if you believe your simple Midgardian architecture warrants a ‘stunning’." There was that broad, toothy grin, the one he always flashed when he was teasing her. He never meant it unkindly—and most of the time, she didn’t take it that way, either. It was why he described her quite honestly as his favorite mortal. "But I should like to see it anyway. Just for reference."
The elevator went ding, the doors slid open and Grace was leading them out of the tower and down the street. She had enough time to nudge him right back, adding her hip for extra emphasis, "Oh yes, the fabled lands of Asgard. I'd like to see these pictures, just because I want proof." She was grinning, her own mischievous twinkle in her eyes. She could take it and serve it right back. "I mean, smoke bombs, and no pictures of Asgard as of late? A girl's gonna start believing this whole Prince of Tricksters thing is just an act. Maybe I'm the rightful ruler." She grinned, "It's got a clock tower, for your reference."
OH RONAN!
"Bright red? Oh, that’ll be nice. Oh!" Her eyes went wide as she suddenly seemed to see a picture of it, "Red smoke, light gold glitter, all against a black canvas," It was good that Ronan had taken the pie as Grace began to sway slightly. She held out her hand, placing it on Ronan’s side for support. The ‘vision’ soon passed and she looked up at him, "I am going to have to paint that when we get back!” She looked down at her hand on his hip and pulled it away. “C’mon! I know just the gym too!” she said as she raced towards the elevator, pressing the button.
Ronan was used to Grace’s little episodes, so he remained stock still as she swayed gently, watching the top of her head until she stopped. He hadn’t even really registered the hand’s placement until she snatched it away, and his cheeks reddened a little bit. “Right behind you!” he exclaimed, following briskly—but not so that he jostled the precious pie.

"Like a smoke bomb? Hee! Oh, no, if it’s in the lab?" Grace began to chuckle, "Dummy will see the smoke and grab the fire extinguisher! Oh, it’s perfect!" She twirls in place before she runs off, grabs the pie and comes back. She looks down and then back up at Ronan, "Do we need forks, or should we be complete heathens and just eat it with our hands?"
"Yes, precisely like a smoke bomb! Except with any luck the smoke shall be bright red like his armour. Won’t that be spectacular?!” He had to grin as he watched her frolic, reaching his hands out in a gentlemanly fashion to relieve her of the pie. “Oh, absolute heathens, dear Captain! One cannot appreciate a good pie if one does not bathe themselves in it.” His eye glinted a little as he winked at her. “Lead the way, my lady!”

"YES. And quickly, I should think… I may have left your father a small present in his lab and I do not wish to be around when it exp— when he opens it."
"Cherry or apple then? Mom hasn’t quite got to pumpkin yet. What on Earth did you do to the lab? That’s really dancin’ on the envelope.”
"Oh, cherry. It has not quite turned cold enough for apple. And I didn’t… do anything, per se. Just put a small spell on a little box that just might make a lot of smoke when he opens it?" He grinned mischievously. "It won’t damage his equipment. Shouldn’t."

But.. You are already very cute. You don’t need no silly cat ears..
I’ll stick to people clothes then. Supposedly it was very hard to get me into people clothes when I was smaller.
Well, ‘peoples clothes’ are boring at times soo.. I totally understand you.
Well, I've gotten better at it nowadays. Though I am known to still go around in only a top and underwear. So much more comfortable that way.
That depends. Is the reason for the cat ears is to torture me and/or potentially murder me
If not, I’d be totally okay with it.
The reason for the cats ears is to see if it makes me cuter. At least, I think that’s the common belief.
But.. You are already very cute. You don’t need no silly cat ears..
