Lee Kyung-sook: People say a child should always be grateful to their biological parents no matter who they may be. You can’t do this to me.

Cha Mi-jo: I’m only grateful to the people who adopted and raised me as their own. I won’t ever see you again, so I hope you’ll keep these words in mind. Take care of yourself.
