When interviewed they said: "I think it was just that, we were thinking of a logo, and logos are important, cause we want to have that classic, you look at a lot of bands from the past and they all have that logo, Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC, Kiss, all those bands have that logo. They have a logo, and that’s their thing, you know, it’s become timeless. And we wanted something like that, so when you think of a neighborhood, the first thing you think of is a house. And it’s almost like a typical house. And I think we just flipped it upside down because it looks cool. It’s just aesthetically pleasing. I don’t think that there necessarily has to be so much of a reason behind it. I mean, when you look at AC/DC, why the lightning bolt? They go, cause it’s fucking tight, you know? It definitely makes sense with our name, and we wanted our logo to be something that could be our brand, and be our livelihood. Now it’s become like a symbol, it’s like you see somebody with the t-shirt on, you see somebody with the beanie on, or the jacket, and it’s like, that’s The Neighbourhood. There’s no mistake about it."
