Success! Bittersweet but we have officially closed on our Waco house. Cannot recommend our realtor, Krista Thomas with Magnolia Realty, enough! Not only did we receive 7 offers (at or above asking!) in less than 24 hours, she made sure everything went smoothly as we moved out of state. Going to miss this house so much but excited for the next adventure! (at Speegleville, Texas)

It's been a whirlwind 3 years. Moved to Texas, bought and remodeled a house, had to 2 kids, and now on to the next adventure! 800 miles and 12 hours later, "Hello St. Louis!"
