I am no ones first choice. I have lived a life of being passed over. Being a last resort or back up plan. I have always been optional. Some how I keep fooling myself into thinking this time will be different or forgetting how much it hurt when I realized where I stood. I just keep letting my heart get ripped open. I guess I keep thinking its been so damaged already... How could I hurt anymore. But here I am with tears in my eyes.
