I might (read: definitely) be taking this too seriously...but are we voting for the specific moment as shown in each gif? Or just the episode as a whole?

Episode as a whole because there are some episodes with multiple moments that you can't specifically square in on.

I formally apologize for anyone that is offended by the difference in gifs in any of the gif sets or anything else going on here that doesn't come off right. I was trying to look for footage of the cast members outside of the LBD and it is very difficult for specific cast members. We do not condone favoritism. We wanna be fair with every single part of the categories and reward according to what's deserving. I'm sorry if some of the gif sets do not come off as fair and if any of the categories show definite favor to anyone. I will try to improve on that. I admit that there are some mistakes made and I, Dia, take full responsibility.
