Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1 cup spinach. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon almond butter. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, adjust sweetness with maple syrup. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
