Yesterday I went for a stroll around the PCYC. When I stopped to watch the archery club, they gave me a bow and some arrows. I hurt myself (of course), so now I have bruises on one arm from an archery bow, and bruises on the other arm from a sword. This is my real life.

Is Google a "he" or a "she"?

If it's anything, it's a "she". Why? Because, as far as I can tell, when you translate "search engine" into the major European languages it comes up as either a neuter or feminine noun. So, if you must call Google something other than "it", it seems "she" is the next linguistically logical candidate.

Just now, as I was sitting at the reference desk, a dragonfly flew up past my elbow, hovered at face height for a moment, and then flew off to explore the rest of the building.
