Okay, so I know there's this post floating around about punishments for littles that’s just super controlling that talks about painful ways to punish your little and controlling them so I’m going to make my own post with super safe NON-SEXUAL punishments

(non-painful/safe)

Time outs with sensory bottles (perfect for calming down hyper littles)

Chores (i mean this is super obvious, I have no idea why the other post didn’t mention this at all. So like cleaning up and dusting and what not)

Groundings (electronics, TV, video games, etc. UNLESS THEY NEED THOSE ITEMS! for example, if a little needs their phone because talking to friends helps them with anxiety and depression DONT TAKE IT, ground them from tv instead)

Earlier bed times

Withhold outings (for example, say you guys were planning on going to the park this weekend but your little misbehaves, simply tell your little that the date is canceled due to their behavior. If their behavior improves over the week surprise them with a trip to the park as planned but on a later day as a reward)

Also, be clear about your rules. Don’t be vague about rules or your little will have a hard time following them and be confused about what they did wrong if they happened to break them.
