If anyone wants to get to know Captain Marvel, I so recommend reading Kelly Sue DeConnick’s Captain Marvel vol. 1.

I didn’t know anything about Carol apart from how strong she is supposed to be but I’m only on Vol. 1 Issue #2 of Kelly’s run and I am in love with Carol’s humor and personality.
