I’ve been rereading the journal of Chris McCandless and I feel like being released of societies burdens and being able to truly be free is yes, somewhat romanticized but just being able to be your true self without having to meet expectations set by other people sounds so nice to a lot of men… I wonder if thats why I look up to him for philosophical advice.
