The only way to sneak in veggies on someone who doesn't eat them. (Ain't nobody got time to make coconut milk from scratch.) Frozen veggies, coconut milk powder, jasmine rice, water, salt and butter, in the rice cooker. (Aint nobody got time to fight the heat of a stove in this heat. This just Halen to be one of those rare days when i haven't eaten all day. I needed something quick. My go to fave. Apple,strawberry, blueberries,almond milk and a pinch of salt... until dinner of course.
