I don't write posts often (literally it's been years)

But the people of COSI showed me what a family /should/ be like. Not my blood parents, not anyone related to me. Them.

I am so pissed. So EXTREMELY pissed that they have been treating their workers like they are disposable as of late. The building opened with only 2 or 3 (I think) paid staff and the rest were VOLUN FUCKING TEERS.

Now you have to be 16 to volunteer (which lol they're all getting paid jobs) and the company and museum is suffering for it. THIS IS ALL BULLSHIT.

They fired everyone, no notice, at the start of the pandemic and doing that shit again is absolutely fucking absurd. They are ruining their reputation and they are going to drive my childhood safe haven into the ground even more than it has been.

I am severly, unendingly, and absolutely disappointed in the choices of the CEO. When COSI was in its golden age (in the 2010s) it was run by a kotherfucker who started as a VOLUNTEER at 12 YEARS OLD.

They left that behind and are going to comepeltly fuck themselves over and I will be so devastated to see the place I knew, loved, escaped to, and found myself in be smothered but this absolutely fuckin nonsensicle bullshit that is modern capitalism.

COSI, you were an escape from the capitalism and corruption of the modern world. Between the choices of being/dying a hero and becoming the villain. You have chosen the latter.
