“If possible, I hope you find a life with encounters beyond just the sword— like I did.”
A rant because I uploaded this super late and slept immediately after: my idea for this video is Reinhard’s overall feeling in regards to the entire situation, while on surface he looks very distant and with his statement of “I have no regrets” as he dismissed Theresia as just a reanimated corpse— it does not mean that he wasn’t affected by the entire situation mentally and emotionally speaking. Also the fact that he has thought that he isn’t yet fully deserving of the title of sword saint and that he is rather half hearted in the things he does(atleast from my observation)
I think I remember somewhere that according to Tappei if Theresia wasn’t taken by Pandora the Astrea Family wouldn’t end up like this.
And then Theresia’s last words regarding Reinhard of not once blaming him that her Divine Protection was gone at the wrong possible time, and instead wished he lived a good live not bound by the sword like she has. None of them know, in fact Heinkel probably assumed that Theresia hates them. They dont know, thats why I put her in very small glimpses
also in regards to why Pandora is also here, basically my whole thought is “Reinhard and his remaining family all think its his fault that his Grandmother ended up this way but its actually Pandora” but i think its also cool to interpret that maybe Pandora plans on doing the same thing as she did with Theresia— i mean imagine Reinhard with the witch cult? Now that is scary
