I love everything about this- the soft brown tones are just so delicious together. I feel like he usually goes for brighter colours especially on the podcast and this neutral almost cooler palette just suits his so well. The matte belt is also beautiful. I want to see a full length picture of this outfit right now.
A second version of the outfit! The gorgeous trouser and belt combination make a re-appearance with another shirt. Likely filmed on the same day haha. Although I prefer the brown this works very nicely as well and keeping with that more subdued colour palette. All in all love it!
Leak for a future off menu episode and another fun outfit! This feels very classic acaster but with a few different details - we have got the wide leg baggier trousers which I am of course a huge fan of. Whoever or whatever has convinced him to go baggy needs to keep it up - I love it. The fit of the t-shirt is great. Notably keeping up the more neutral colour combinations here. The cap is classic!! (also is it just me or is james actually not wearing vans crazy)

Bad Fairies, the animated musical from Warner Bros. Pictures Animation and Locksmith Animation, has expanded its cast, adding rising British actor Serrana Su-Ling Bliss, acclaimed English comedian James Acaster and prolific voice performer Dee Bradley Baker. The trio join previously announced stars Cynthia Erivo and Ncuti Gatwa in the subversive fairy tale adventure.
Bad Fairies director Megan Nicole Dong and co-director Olivier Staphylas announced the casting Monday at a Warner Bros. Pictures Animation presentation at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
Acaster, who will play Stickers, broke out with his Netflix stand-up special Repertoire and HBO Maxâs Hecklers Welcome, and is the co-host of the hit podcast Off Menu. His screen credits include Taskmaster and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire.
Baker, the voice of Groundbeef, ranks among animationâs most in-demand talents, known for his vocal work as clone troopers in the Star Wars animated universe â including The Clone Wars and The Bad Batch â as well as Klaus in American Dad!, Perry the Platypus in Phineas and Ferb and both Appa and Momo in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The musical comedy follows a subversive gang of fairies as they shake up their magical world. Tony Award winners Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss (Six: The Musical) are penning original songs for the feature. Grammy nominee Isabella âMachineâ Summers of Florence + The Machine will compose the score and contribute to the songwriting, with Ian Eisendrath (KPop Demon Hunters) serving as executive music producer.
Deborah Frances-White wrote the screenplay. Carolyn Soper is producing, with a creative team that includes editor Sim Evan-Jones and cinematographer James C.J. Williams. DNEG Animation is handling digital production, with work currently underway in London.
Bad Fairies is the first release under a new first-look pact between Warner Bros. Pictures Animation and Locksmith Animation. The film is expected to hit theaters on May 21, 2027. The next film under the pact, The Lunar Chronicles, is slated for a Nov. 3, 2028 release.
