Oh boy. Here's my secret. One of my long-time friends and I went to prom and I spent the night and we drank together. We ended up kissing while he had a girlfriend and then he tried to hit me up after they broke up but I regretted kissing him while he had a girlfriend so much that I brushed it off. Now I'm with someone but I'm still so curious on what could've been, and he's told me that he is too. I feel so shitty about even thinking about it.

Honestly, what he does while he’s in a relationship is his choice. You’re single, so there’s no blame for you. I totally get the curiosity for what could’ve been, and you’re free to explore what could’ve been. But I also get your guilt, even though you’re not the one making mistakes. He’s commited, you’re not. His actions are not your responsibility. Maybe talk it through? Don’t forget to stay safe if you’re drinking. I can’t stop you from drinking,but be safe if you do.
