Aurora happily fit herself into his side loosely, making sure she was comfortable. She wanted very much to tell him don’t move but decided she’d played the clingy girlfriend enough for now. “That could start to be a very serious problem yes. We may have to start training you in preparation which means you’ll just have to be around me more to adjust to it.” The blonde smiled a dazzling smile up at him before laughing.
“Mm… We don’t talk. At least not anymore after what happened at the Christmas Ball. I almost kicked him out but he needs somewhere to lay low. Long story.” She made a face, squeezing Zachary’s hand reassuringly - she knew her living conditions were unorthodox but her family would always remain complicated like this. “Tiring. I don’t think I’ve stopped for weeks.”
Zachary had never been an overly active person, in fact he much preferred to stay locked up in his studio for an entire day than have to move around too much. So when the two of them were curled up comfortably on the couch he’d already decided that he wasn’t going to move too far as long as he didn’t need to. In his mind that plan was complete perfection and frankly he deserved an award for it. “How are you going to train me for it? I’d be interested to hear how you’re going to do that.” He teased with a wide grin on his lips, leaning forward to press a kiss to her forehead without a thought.
The tattooed boy could remember the drama from the Christmas Ball, and honestly it surprised him that Aurora was still talking to Antioch after what had happened, but if he was in a situation where he needed to lie low then he’d be grateful for the same respect. “Alright, well I trust you and you’re tough enough not to let him get to you.” He told her honestly, playing absently with the ends of her hair. “Really? I did see the ads for your perfume around, that was exciting.”
