I swear snack foods have completely taken over my life 😩 One bag turns into three, one “little treat” turns into a whole night of nonstop eating. Chips, candy, soda, cookies, frozen junk food… I can’t say no to any of it anymore. Half the time I’m not even hungry, I just crave the feeling of stuffing myself until my stomach’s tight and heavy. Every grocery trip gets worse, every snack pile gets bigger ❤️❤️
