Yes!!!! I mean I’m gonna skip a ton of cannon implications and fact right here because I want this to be PURE.
Honestly, event if Tomura and Dabi are the official “parents” I kind of see this as the whole league kind of raising the child together because these nerds would need a lot of help considering that they didn’t have the best childhood themselves …
If I can sprinkle some light angst, I think Tomura might initially freak out over this, not only because he has no idea how to do this but also because of his quirk. He would hesitate to get close to the child at the beginning because children are unpredictable and what if they fall and he tries to catch them by reflex???? It would take a bunch Dabi’s cuddle and love and reassurance to make him feel better. Dabi kissing his face and telling him that they are not their father and that they’re going to do better … Good shit. And Tomura is slowly getting more comfortable with the child, and one day when he is just chilling with baby next to him they try to grab and play with some of his fingers and they laugh and Tomura is on the verge of tears.
On a more fun side … That would a hell of a loving shit show.
I feel like they would all come to Kurogiri and maybe even Sato for advice, but they wouldn’t be that helpful because Sato has actually no experience with kids. And Kurogiri would be like “….. why are you asking me? You think I knew what I was doing when I raised Tomura???? Hell no I was scared the entire time! I was living one day at the time!”
This child would be surrounded with so much chaotic love … Toga and Magne best aunt, Spinner and Twice best uncles, and maybe even Mustard best big brother. And of course best dads, who are a little messy sometimes but also so careful and soft … Like just the picture of Tomura and Dabi falling asleep on their bed with their child between them IS GOOD FOR MY SOUL.
There would be some slight ideological conflict thought, like Spinner secretly telling Stain bedtime stories to the kid until Tomura finds out and loses his shit. “WHAT ARE YOU TEACHING MY CHILD YOU GOD DAMN FURRY???”

On this note, Toga teaching the kid how to stab and where to hit to kill a man like a good aunt … Mustard teaching the kid how to shoot when he is older … At least for self-defense. And also Sato teaching them magic tricks … Magne and Twice would also be the coolest like secretly giving them candy and taking them on safe patrols for fun …

Dabi swears a lot, he tries to control himself in front of the kid but sometimes it sleeps. So one-night Tomura, Dabi, and the kid are all cuddling watching a movie and the kid just goes “FUCK” and Dabi is SWEATING. But Tomura is having none of it and knows what’s happening but he doesn’t mind to much si he’s just like “Hmmmm … I wonder where they got that … Any idea, love?” “Beat me hahahaha, fuck if I know …….. wait …. shit”
