I try to make my relapse as sustainable as possible. But low res does make me feel like I am eating too much. I just don't want to get back into binge/purge behaviour so I try to restrict less then I want to. I feel so fat though. I know that in the long run I will lose more weight this way but it doesn't feel right.

WL tips from someone who has lost 70+ lbs
These tips are for people who are already disordered and who do not wish to recover. Please do NOT do anything here if you are not already disordered. Ana is a terrible illness that kills thousands a year, not a fast weight loss hack. People like me do this because we experience mental turmoil if we do not keep losing weight.
<~>Habits and behaviors <~>
-fasting will be your best friend, you donât have to fast for 23 hours every day tho. I usually fast for around 18-20.
-ALWAYS fidgeting, it burns cals steadily without tiring you out.
-I will go into this later but donât track cals exactly
-donât work out 24/7, take rest days. It is literally impossible to give 100% all the time
-accept that weight loss will not happen over time, fall in with the process, not just the end goal
<~> How to hide it<~>
-if you have lighter hair, dye it black. It will make your hair look thicker even if itâs thinning.
- take food to your room and feed it to pets / throw it out. If you do feed it to pets just make sure they can have said food before hand.
-when you are eventually made to âmaintainâ or âgainâ drink a LOT of water before. Put rocks in your bra (if you can). Just wrap them in something so they donât make sound. Also hide as much in your clothes as you can. Weight yourself at home before hand to make sure you are where they want you to be.
-donât always talk about food but also donât never talk about food. Only talk about food around ânormalâ eating times.
<~>Foods to eat / not eat<~>
-I believe in a balance of everything. Donât res so hard that you only eat like two things but also donât eat whatever you want.
-I suggest sourdough bread, the one I get is 90 cals for a piece bigger than my hand.
-eggs
-ramen, and if your on a liquid fast just eat the broth.

-ik this sounds crazy when all you can think about is food but i swear doing this helps so much
-so at first force yourself to a limit, this part is really hard. Drink so much water, and warm drinks.
-after you can eat within that limit for a while (around two months) slowly stop counting cals as religiously. Still try not to overdo the eating
-after youâve done this you will find that your just not hungry, yeah sure theres still food noise but just not real hunger.
-also sleep as much as you can, if you sleep more your appetite will decrease.

Getting new shoes
Dyeing your hair/new haircut
Buying something you collect
Getting a new video game/buying something in game
Buying something for your hobby
New water bottle (REMEMBER: DRINK WATER!)
Getting new decorations for your room/laptop
Getting decorations for your car
Getting a new pet/plant
Getting something big/expensive when you reach a goal weight (laptop, new phone, designer clothes, tablet/ipad)
You lost only one pound? Thatâs still good. Not all progress is meant to happen quickly.
You only lost an inch off your waist? Youâre still getting there. You lost one, you can lose more.
You stopped yourself in the middle of a binge? Thatâs actually amazing to not finish a binge considering itâs so hard to break sometimes.
Celebrating the small wins doesnât mean youâre getting complacent. It just means youâre recognizing your progress. You should be proud of how far youâve come, and how far youâll go.
One pound lost will turn into ten if you stay under your c4l limit.
One inch off the waist turns into five if you keep working out.
Those clothes start to fit if you drink less c4ls/soda.
That thigh gap shows up if you stay consistent.
Those collarbones are more prominent if you donât give up.

Youâre doing better than you think you are.
Youâve only lost 5 pounds? You gotta start somewhere.
Youâve hit a plateau? Itâs better than gaining.
You didnât fast as long as you wanted? At least you didnât eat every hour.
You only burned half of the c@ls what you wanted? You could sat around and not burned anything.
Youâre gonna get there hun. Give yourself some time. Youâll get there.
âMan i wanna get so much stronger and build stamina!â

That should be enough motivation.
Take it from someone who has started a calorie deficit many times and stuck to it:
1. The first three days, you will be starving. It will be constant. It will suck. I cannot sugarcoat it.
But the good news is it doesnât stay that miserable forever.
2. The first week you will have food noise. The physical hunger will go away, and the mental hunger will almost be worse. Do not give in or you will have to start at step one again.
3. After a week it starts to become a habit. The food noise is still there. But you have learned not to listen to it. You have learned to distract yourself with other things that you enjoy. (Since eating is not that much fun anyway)
4. After two weeks, it will become a habit.
Even if it seems hard to start back up again after a binge or a period of over eating, those first few days are the hardest. If youâre stuck in a binge restrict cycle, youâre never gonna get past that point of hunger and food noise.
Trust me, itâs worth it.
