hi guys, i just wanted to say sorry i haven’t updated my knight!matty fic in like almost a year. i am a pre-service teacher and am about to get my bachelors in elementary ed. it takes all of my energy. i also am working at a summer school right now instead of my usual nannying, so i haven’t had any time to write like i normally would during the summer.

i don’t plan on abandoning the fic though! i’ll try to maybe get a part out this month.

chapter 4 had me giggling and kicking my feet when they were alone together in that secret room and than when he caught her moaning his name.. What a fun creative story btw

i know i’m sorry!!! 😭 my mind is a prison and good writing takes a lot of energy, especially when it’s a project that i’m really passionate about. this chapter also changes their dynamic a lot and i don’t want the writing to seem rushed. i swear the wait will be worth it 🙏🏻

“Look at me, Princess.” You shake your head.

He places a hand on your jaw, gently tilting your chin up. “I said look at me.”

You meet his eyes again like his word is gospel. You bite your lip as you scan his face for a sign of anything. Good or bad. Your heart sits low in your stomach now. You feel like you could vomit.

He stays emotionless, but you see the shimmering gloss you left on his lips. You pinch your thigh—maybe you’re dreaming. “You’re mental.”

Your face wrinkles in confusion. “What?”

“S’Like morally wrong for me to be kissin’ you like this.”

You grin, swiping your tongue across your bottom lip. “I’m sure it is.” His fingers dig into your hips. Your legs almost buckle at the knees.

Matty still doesn’t smile though. His stare is heavy, polarizing. You narrow your eyes at him. “This isn’t a game, Princess,” he says, voice leveled.

You raise your arms so they’re wrapped around his shoulders, broad and solid with tension. “No, it doesn’t have to be.”

i’m gonna try my hardest to get chapter 4 out by the end of this week. i am starting school again so the fic will be on a bit of a hiatus after pt 4.

ok imagine the castle got word of a possible intruder which causes knight!matty to have to sweep girlie away in a lockdown and maybe she’s being a bit defiant just to add some angst but then it’s just the two of them locked away alone maybe a little bickering from all the heightened tension

and hey, who knows what could happen then 🫣

i had to sit up in my bed after reading this bc u literally ate so bad with this suggestion oml… im gonna do this tbh it fits so well with what i was already writing !!!
