Body appreciation post. I took this a bit ago and I’m not sure if I ever posted it. But here I am. Not skinny, not thin and I’m so alright with that. I’m thick and fit and beautiful. My legs touch, but they can leg press close to 600lbs. I have some cellulite, but my booty is always poppin in some good leggings. I don’t have a tight 6 pack, but my core gets me through some major lifts. My arms are not little or dainty, but I’ve got some boulders growing and I’m quite proud of em. Self acceptance makes all of the difference when you’re on your journey. Don’t do it because you hate yourself. Because you’ll get no where. Do it because you love yourself.

This is about self acceptance. This is about acknowledging what my body is capable of regardless of the little voice in the back of my head. This is about embracing myself. Even the smallest of people find it difficult to accept themselves because of their comprehension and definition of perfection. So go ahead an scream all you fucking want.
