Unfortunately internalized paramisia and OCD can be really hard to tell apart, my personal advice is adopting a "so what?" Mindset, which can be pretty tough when your brain is constantly trying to torture you

Personally, setting up a blog dedicated to being pro para ended up REALLY helping with my intrusive thoughts relating to being a part of the big 3, and led to me being as open with it as I am now!! Finding community and making friends with others like you can really help with internalized paramisia and general intrusive thoughts :DD

Of course it doesn't fully go away, but having some people who accept you fully not despite it all, but because, really is nice when it gets hard, i believe in you anon, and no matter what happens you're always welcome on this account!!!

My girlfriend has been extremely extremely accepting of my paraphilia even more than I am of myself, and it's kind of insane? I'm biastophilic and autozoophilic, also enjoy the concept of zoophilia, and uh others I didn't know the terms of, is assassinophilia a thing? I only see it as Autassassinophilia. And sadism, maybe necrophilia? Then some less notable ones, no one is going to attack me for finding necks hot

But she's so accepting, and she's down to do significantly more autozoo type roleplay than I ever thought possible, where I am supposed to be a full animal in roleplay. I love her, her acceptance scares me though (trust issues my bros)

She's also open to me finding a play partner to satiate biastophilia and more extreme sadism :3

i can claim a lot of paras but the only one I'm ever embarrassed to claim and say out loud is my necrophilia and its so bad I hate it because of how censored everything is and I want to build up courage so bad

I'd recommend generally introducing the idea of paraphiles and getting her thoughts on them, maybe try educating her on the topic if she's unfamiliar, and depending on how that goes telling her the truth!
