Let's do this. Back in the game. Weigh considerably more than the last time I posted (and considerably more than I've ever weighed in my life) which is a combination of laziness, hideous volumes of food and alcohol, and probably the lowest place mentally that I've ever been in my life. But I've had 2 good days in a row now and I'm determined that this is it for me, I have to do this!! I now have 35kg to lose before I'm at a 'healthy' weight and I know it's going to be slow and tough but I have to start somewhere right?!! Got my trusty cellucor C4 in the mail today and it feels like getting an old friend back ☺️
