“Unknown” Audio Log Analysis
The first thing of note in this audio log is that it was recorded already after the fall of the studio. There are three hints suggesting this:
The visible parts of the date hint at it being recorded in the late 40s
It contains parts of Thomas’ and Jack’s logs, both recorded at the time when the ink machine was being built. Their tapes were recorded in November 1943, yet this audio log was recorded in April, meaning that the earliest date when it could have been recorded is April 1944.
We can hear inky footsteps at the end of the video - the speaker is an ink creature
The second interesting thing is the place, where the tape was recorded:
And if you look at the beginning of each and every other audio log on the JDS youtube channel, you’ll see that they were all inside the Archives as well - that’s where the creature found them.
Probably the most intriguing element of the video is that the creature doesn’t merely listen to the audio logs - it also manipulates them. It plays out specific lines, pieces them together into one coherent narrative, that reveals something about them. Let’s listen to what it has to say:

I saw Mister Drew the other day, meeting with that Connor fellow, holding some papers. I think they saw me looking though… Just too many secrets being cooked up in the kitchen! If I didn’t know better, I’d say there was magic there. Well-calculated understanding… between creation… (Big things are coming!) …and creator. (Massive things!). That smile…You just learn to go with it.

You just watch! I’ve got a good feeling something great is going to happen.
There are three major hints hidden in the above text that appear to contain a curious implication that the ink creature listening to the audio logs is in fact… Bendy the Dancing Demon himself!
Look at the part between the “He’s always watching me”. The creature tells us that it witnessed the secret meeting between Thomas and Joey. Aside from Jack, what do we find in the sewers?
Let’s hear what Sammy has to say about the relationship between Bendy and his cutouts, in the Hot Topic event:
The tweets above inform us that Bendy, much like Sammy himself, is able to see things through the eyes of the cutouts. That’s how he was able to spy on the meeting in the sewers.
Now, let’s look at the part directly after this:
Well-calculated understanding… between creation… (Big things are coming!) …and creator. (Massive things!). That smile…You just learn to go with it.
The Creator is, of course, Joey, and the smile refers to Joey’s contribution to Bendy’s design. What Bendy is telling us here, is that he hates the grin Joey has given him, but he has “learned to go with it”.
As I noted wrt Sammy’s audio log, Sammy was having strange dreams about Bendy watching him - not the same Bendy, that Sammy knew from the cartoons he’s been working on, but the original Bendy, the one designed by Henry, with a very different smile, that Sammy doesn’t seem to recognize. This is a major hint that “Bendy” is a real supernatural entity that is watching everything that happens in the studio. He’s watching Joey and Thomas in the same way he’s watching Sammy.
Finally, let’s take a look at how the audio log is titled. “Unknown” Hmm… where have I seen it before?
Grant’s office is right outside the Archives. It would be the first place the creature went to after recording the audio log in the Archives. The code of the game reveals that the sounds we hear in this tape is that of Grant’s transformation into an ink being. But the voice needn’t be that of Grant himself. The "Unknown” may have been the one who transformed him.
A horrifying implication…
