I was inspired to do this because of the whole Chloe Kardashian unretouched image thing. We need to realise that our bodies aren’t perfect. And what even is perfect? I have lumps and bumps, stretch marks, scars and all manner of things I hate about my body. I have never been confident in my own skin and I feel 100% blame that on societies version of what a gay man should look like. But I feel it is wrong for me to say celebrities are wrong for promoting unattainable image issues when I have retouched/filtered images all over my Instagram. So this is me with my belly and my imperfections. I can’t change who I am. Think about the impact you are having on younger generations the next time you apply that filter. And maybe think of doing this, it might help others to feel slightly more comfortable in their skin! #bodypositivity #bodyimage #belly #bellyfat #gayman #imperfect #beauty https://www.instagram.com/p/CN75hYrMYwT/?igshid=289ydzke6wja
