With so much happening this past week, it is safe to say that June has been a successful month for us here at Kolossus. Especially, as we release our first major compilation, "Genesis"! We are proud of the accomplishments that we've reached thus far. However, with more coming this week, a great way to celebrate is with a dope mix and interview with Soulections very own, Eden Hagos.

XED: So Eden, for those that may not know you, could you introduce yourself?
Eden: My name is Eden Hagos, and I'm a DJ for Soulection. Born in Eritrea, East Africa, but raised in San Diego, California.
XED: Sweet! I used to live in San Diego. While being born in East Africa and raised in California, at what point did you begin to get into mixing?
Eden: I started dabbling with mixing about two years ago. I got my first DJ lesson from Andre Power, and the rest is history.
XED: Lessons from Andre must have been an amazing and fun experience. I'm sure with Soulection having a majority of talented producers, the urge to produce must be finding it's way to you too, right?
Eden: Yes, it's always been present but I never fully pursued it until...
