Idea: Elemental Feathers

If you're a pokémon fan, think of Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.

Basically, A feather of a certain elements like a zapdos feather would be soft like a normal feather, but also a really shocking tickle. Moltres would do the same but instead of a shock it just heats up the stroked spot, opposite effect for Articuno's.
