Mention-worthy dishes @ #holeefook: Wagyu Beef Short Ribs - a lil' heavy on the sauce but that charred outer layer was soooo soooo good. not to mention the tenderness. died & went to beef heaven. Roasted Half Chicken - crispy skin, juicy tender chicken, perfection. French Toast - the ingredients / dressing are all familiar flavors but the combination is oh-so-good. that melted butter on the top, crunchy peanut butter center, condensed milk & maple syrup dips. awesome sweet tooth satisfaction. Lu Rou Fan 魯肉飯 - pair it with brown rice, so much more texture & 口感. Mom's Dumplings - some would say, old but gold. abit of chili padi slices adds to the kick. Verdict: Worth a visit, but be prepared to spend! Peruvian Tapas. (We were so hungry, we only remembered to snap pictures of the first 4 dishes) Actually grew to like Peruvian corn with this meal, huge huge kernels, so different from the rest.
