self-discovery āØ
Being self-sufficient. Just be enough for yourself. Many times, we thought that false facts is what we should believe in, and for many years, we kept believing that by making that āchangeā we can actually be stronger and things will be different. But that āpositive changeā that we have in our mind, the person we eventually become, never and was never meant to be the right person that should stay within. Itās actually doing more harm than good.
Sometimes simple things you do, you probably thought that someone actually came to ādoā it for you, you became reliant. Itās true, that they are angels that came into our life to give us guidance, but at the end of the day, we managed to do it for ourselves. And once you learn how to acknowledge it humbly, nothing else matters.
And thatās when people and positive change will come to you because you are just being you, someone who is genuine.
Someone genuine to be enough, to be there for the people we love and not because we need their love to guide us through life.
For the way to move forward is inward.
For every experience that happened, itās actually a self discovery journey. Sometimes, stepping back you actually see yourself in someone elseās actions. That could actually be a reminder to ask yourself to stop behaving the way you think you should be and be kinder to yourself.
Most of the time, fear overwhelmed us. The fear of being judged, the fear of comparison, the fear of facing mistakes. Thatās probably because we are actually doing it to others. We judge, we compare and we point our mistakes (which probably shouldnt be the case).
So if we cut ourselves and others some slack, you will realise there is no fear at all. Because what you will be focusing on, is yourself. On how you can actually stop doing this and bring the good to others instead.
Having the chance to encounter a self-discovery journey could be painful and uncomfortable but itās better than just having things fall into place easily and just as the way you have expected. Because if everything is smooth, there is no opportunity to be a better version of yourself.
So if we noticed and can break the cycle thatās toxic to us, break the cycle of the same things happening, why not? It might take alot for me to realise but itās better than not having that chance to realise until the day I am gone from earth.
We are often clouded by ego and the need to āwinā. Thatās why I want to remind myself that someone elseās mistakes could be my mistakes too. Once i break out of the cycle and stop nursing the wrong things, I will get myself back on track. To peace and happiness.
Do it even if you feel uncomfortable about it. Self-belief will eventually nurture you to be a winner and patience will give you the rewards that you deserved.
