I’m so tired of feeling like every nice thing comes with a catch. Every single fucking thing. Nothing I get gets to stay nice for long.

First new car? That I bought on my own? Totaled in 7 months.

Second new car? Backed into, paint chipped.

Nice headphones that I bought? Super nice ones? Cat barfed in them.

Game console that I bought for myself? Dropped for me.

I’m so tired of feeling like I’m not allowed to have nice things without someone ruining them. And then the cherry on top is that I’m not allowed to get upset when my stuff is ruined!

I just want to be able to have my nice things without them being ruined by someone else’s carelessness.

I could get into dumb arguments with people on the internet about the intricacies of hunting specific pokemon, and how I was right in what I said, and that the person who responded to me could have mentioned that while yes this pokemon can be found shiny in this game, it’s limited to only events. Instead he acted like a piss baby know it all, proceeded to downvote me and try to hang it over my head.

I proceeded to block him after his second response.

I think I’ve seen the same icon and blog setup 7 times in posts I’ve been tagged in. Same kid same green shirt same pose it’s the same picture. I can only assume bots made for spam and I’m at a point where I don’t feel sympathy if you feel the need to create bots to do this shit.

Working in parts is great, you get such great customers. Here’s my most recent interaction.

Me: Thank you for calling Car Dealership Parts, how can I help you?

Customer (C from this point on): Hi I’m from Independent Shop, and I have a 2018 Car Model that needs piston rings. (For context, if you need piston rings you may be better off getting a new engine)

Me: Okay, according to the VIN you need these rings, which I do not have in stock. They list at this much and you will pay that much. I can see them Tuesday.

C: Is there anywhere nearby that has them? I need them today.

Me: Well, looks like the nearest dealer is in West Virginia, if you’re willing to make a 700 mile round trip.

He hung up.

Somebody I follow said they read some stuff about a particular kids cartoon and proclaimed that it sucks. I’m not gonna disagree with them, it’s not the be all end all for kids’ programming, but at the same time? Idk. I’m not gonna give them shit about it bc that’s their opinion, but I’m not sure why people like to name drop in posts when they’re hating on it.

Also, sure, you can hate watch it, but to the execs that’s still a number towards making more…

It’s not like they absolutely dogged on it and people they watch either, I just. Hm.
