I’d say it’s definitely not Chris Evans. He’s considered A-list. He also spent lockdown in Massachusetts with his brother. I think Sebastian Stan was in NY during lockdown. So not those two at least.

The comments from this source did mention both of those stars, but I get your point of view. I don't think it's CE as well. We're just trying to piece some comments together. Thanks for the insight!
