Hello! Love your SG Soundwave design and his Lost Light/Echo Garden story. Snowy's canon to me now, and I just can't get over the mental image of him a) fearing his darker twin EG Soundwave or b) latching onto him b/c "finally! a decepticon! and he looks like me! :DDD"

Anyway, I really like Snowy and I hope you'll do more of him, he's so beautiful and tragic.

In general, yes, Snowy avoided his twin as much as possible. Especially at the very beginning.

Snowy, an empath, senses other bot's emotions, and Soundwave would be the one with the most extreme aversion. But it's also possible that Snowy would want his twin to be his brother, to which, again, the canon would only respond with aggressive silence x))

Snowy is open to new things, but he doesn't force himself on others. Moreover, he's quite... slowpoke x) Constantly in his own world, or, as they say, "with his head in the clouds." Plus, he ignores his own state and his situation. For Soundwave, who has crafted himself into a perfect image, such a twin is literally the embodiment of weakness and shame

This is essentially the ending, as Ornstein simply threw Ratchet out of the painting because this old man was too busy collecting ancient junk x))

Arcee, of course, is shocked, as the painting operates by its own rules. Ornstein is familiar with these rules, but modern bots are not. This could lead to quite a few amusing situations x)

Oh, you mean that warper? I'd already forgotten about him x)) 2 years ago...

Em... As I remember, his job was to observe. He'd flit about in the background, but occasionally intervene. For example, he guided Riley when he lost the baby reaper during the Solar Beam explosion.

After all, his job was to protect the specimen, but from a distance. He didn't engage in open combat, and he didn't attack Riley (other warpers did that). And it's quite possible the Sea Emperor himself knew him. The Warper may have been created by architects, but that's the point. He himself is not an architect. But you can communicate with him. That's why I had a headcanon: the cubs would be quite loyal to him x)

I sometimes imagined the cubs swimming too close to him, and him just gently guiding them in the other direction x))
