I think you and I are on the same page about not wanting a miserable Peter Parker but we want him and MJ to reunite in the first 5 min of the movie and then just make out for the rest of the 2 hours. Why can’t that happen?

You just know that they reminisce about the awkward hug in a chemistry read where she became “His MJ” and told him “good luck if I don’t see you again” to being the man standing at the alter watching her walk towards him to be his wife a decade later. You can’t tell me he hasn’t been thinking of forever for a long time, and now they will have thier fur babies and the real reality of future babies together, instead of just the ones he dreams of. It’s a beautiful thing.
