i have no idea how to process this. it’s not unfathomable and it’s something i’ve thought about many times but i don’t actually know how to process it. what do you mean he was such an integral part of me growing up and he did some fucked up things in part bc of the fucked up environment he grew up in and now he’s DEAD and can’t do anything to try and make amends. what do u mean the boys now means harry louis liam niall zayn. what do you mean he left behind a child less than 10 years old. what the fuck do you mean

It's been over 24 hours and I'm just now coming out of shock from what has happened. I made this blog for them over 12 years ago. I saw Him and Niall two weeks ago, in my hometown. It's starting to sink in that a son, sisters, parents, friends and colleagues have lost a loved one. It's starting to sink in that 4 of our "boys" -as we usually called them back in the day- won't get to make amends, talk, hug or share the passion that brought them together with their brother. It's starting to sink in that our hope that we'd see them all together for a 20-year reunion, or that we'd see all five in the same room at the same time at least, is now a thing of the past.

As a relatively young fandom, I never thought we'd grieve this much so soon. I thought we'd all grow old together. I thought we'd all have another chance to be happy together, all five of them, all millions of us, at the same time. I hoped to see you recovered, thriving, filled with happiness and doing what you loved best, but the world failed you.

It was amazing to have your presence in my life for as many years as I did, you brought joy and sunshine in times of immense darkness and I will always be grateful. You deserved better.

Rest in peace, Liam.

There's something about Ashton back home. I don't know how to explain it but, in my head, I picture it as an Ashton inside a bubble. When he's in LA and performing and doing band stuff, his bubble is big and thick, it's intense, it's bright colours. But when he's home with his family, his bubble becomes smaller and thinner, more relaxed and cosy, and the colours turn to smooth nature ones. Or maybe I'm just insane. 🤷🏻‍♀️
