I'm significantly more active on Twitter (or X, bleh) at @toraawa64. I might do a dump of art that I've posted there here one of these days.

Writing wise, I've really been slacking on posting updates here... sorry about that! My ao3 is still morningdew12. Since I've last been here on Tumblr, I've posted a few new chapters of my ongoing stuff and a couple oneshots.

In the meantime, I'm still working hard as Yurisere's strongest soldier lol. There's so much I want to draw and write this year to cure the recent drought (though I know most fans chose to lurk in caves away from the spotlight of social media lmao). Speaking of... Yurisere Week is back for 2026! Yay!

Hi! Just here to say that I recently read your story "noctifer" and i just really really really liked it! Your interpretations of Yuri and Serena seemed so real and I enjoyed reading a Yuri who is not always as "psychopathic" as many people think. And a Serena who is not so "girlboss" but someone who is fragile and cannot always carry everything on her shoulders. It shows a different perspective of how their relationship could have gone if only they had more time to get to know each other and I loved it! 💕

Thank you for the praise! I'm glad you enjoy the fic! I haven't updated in forever but it's most definitely not abandoned, lol. Hopefully after Yurisere Week ends I can focus on it!

Yuri and Serena's characters getting dumbed down to those exact traits is one of my biggest gripes in this fandom. I'm glad there are others who can see their complexity beyond one-dimensional interpretations. Thank you once again!

I felt kinda insane writing all of that LOL mostly on the fa is yuzu cuz I feel like fa as a pilot isn’t as strong but plays that same kinda role but yuzu would grow enough to be as skilled as elle also idk why but I was really debating on serena as roux but serena relationship to the professor kinda pushed me to think more of marina also just she’s just as badass as her no hate to roux I love her

I'm sorry I never saw this ;-; for some reason, I don't get notifications from Tumblr. Serena as Marina is... so good. Roux feels more like Lancer Serena while Marina is Academia Serena. Or maybe she's like Cagalli... I think Marina fits most lol!

HEAR ME OUT on the kinda pilots Yuya is a kira but goes berserk in like a mikazuki kinda way Yuto is a setsuna but like in team fights hes definitely in the athrun role to yuya Yugo is a chibodee but also a mix of duo Yuri is an angelo Yuzu is a fa but also elle Serena is a marina with Kshatria not banshee Ruri is a suletta with aerial not calibarn Rin is a allenby with that berserk mode Zarc is a char… Ray is a loran but definitely has the amuro side beef

But wow, it's pretty crazy how accurate these are! I can't disagree with any of them. There are so many Gundam series and characters to choose from that I admire how much thought you put into this. You're much more capable of writing a crossover than me, lol!

ooo if you ever do write gundam fics I would be looking forward for it!! or would be cool but also if you wanted to do arc v gundam AU So far I can only think of yuri the same kinda of pilot Angelo is form unicorn

I do have a couple Seed wips, but knowing how slow I am, they probably won't be seeing the light of day in a while orz. Crossover territory is probably out of my range of ability though... I just can't see myself writing a good one haha. I think I get too fixated on details and consistency to be able to pull it off. But hey, never say never!

Ah, it's a struggle for me because seeing Char is always a plus, but on the other hand I can't help but wonder if it's just Char-baiting to get more attention LOL. I hate to say it but GQuuuuuux feels like it's riding hard on the power of FOMO. That's the sense I've gotten from the Japanese fandom, at least, in terms of social media hype sucking in people who otherwise wouldn't even watch Gundam. I don't want to be too negative about it cause it's not out yet tho! ><

A fellow Orphee lover in the wild??? You have excellent taste as well... He is so underrated fr. The western fandom has nothing but horrible things to say about him, and it makes me so sad. He's such an intriguing character. To be honest I fell for the Black Knights as a whole WAY more than I was expecting to. I anticipated that I would like Orphee since before Freedom even came out but man, Ingrid and Shura? I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AAAAH. Trio of dripped out sadness right there. I want to post a fic for them someday...

I never thought of it, but Judau and Judai do have a similar energy! Though it's ironic cause Judau>>>>Judai for me LOL (I don't dislike Judai tho). I have a weakness for the genuinely good guy who has emotional honesty, what can I say. Judau just be hitting different from other UC protagonists.
