Although, as the song says, it never rains in California, the outdoor show of the Versace collection for Fall - Winter 2023/24 in Los Angeles, although long-awaited, was moved back a day due to the weather forecast. Fortunately, this did not result in vacancies in the front row of the show. There were, among others, Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, Channing Tatum, Anne Hathaway and Lil Nas X, as well as friends of the brand and Donatella Versace herself - Elton John and Cher. The runway was set up on the roof of the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, with a beautiful view of the area.

The designer revealed that this time she focused on getting that tailoring and the then-idea of the perfect little black dress and the perfect suit. Opening the show, Gigi Hadid presented these ideal proportions. Naomi Campbell, appeared on the catwalk in an ankle-length black dress with an embellished corset.
