New-day and age technology is useless per se, it's quite a dumb and new technique to simply replace newspapers by what it seems now. And other writing materials. "It takes up less space" this device-thingy seems to get hot quite easier than a pencil on paper or ink on paper. Maybe I could be all wrong about that, but I also want to carve the steak knife into our elbow or veins and be through with this already. You all are putrid no-good-living worthless beings and this blog is ugly looking.

Found out I've been discharged from the mental health team by asking them why they haven't contacted me back about medication changes or inpatient treatment

Took me 6 months to get referred last time, all they've done is take me off my meds with no replacement

Trying not to take this as a sign, but even the professionals don't care if I get better
