I've had zero patience for the past week and I think my numbers have just dipped into the negatives. I really just wanna fucking hide for a long time. Trying to hold my self up when shit keeps putting me down eventually seems like a chore rather than something I look forward to for the benefits. I'm slowly changing and it's difficult. Truth is I'm not happy and I haven't been happy for the past month and I don't ever want to talk to people about my struggles anymore because in the end I'm the only one that's gonna care because it doesn't affect anyone but me, therefore, it should only be MY concern and no one else's.
