God can't do everything.
There are some obvious things God can't do (breaking a promise is one of the top ones for Christians) but does that entail that God isn't omnipotent? It seems that if omnipotent means power to do anything then yes. But does he have power over everything? Yes. So he seems to be almighty but perhaps not omnipotent.
Faith Paradox
So if I accept Christ right away and I didn't need any reasons to motivate me besides the way I felt about it then I feel like that is an example of great faith. But are you not the worse type of follower? After all, you could have been convinced of anything. But, it seems like the person who questions is morally blame worthy and praise worthy at the same time.

Are Christians Any Different?
So many religions create a culture that seems to dwindle down to complacent legalism. The next thing you know "feeling closer to God" just means attendance of events and submersion into a culture. I use to be okay with this.
I now feel differently. I feel as if a certain amount of intimacy is taken away from your relationship with God. Most importantly, I feel like your own natural response to revelation is replaced with the one people told you that you should have.
End of rant. Goodnight.
I love to share crazy sentences that philosophers construct. This is one of those moments. "In fact, it would hardly be possible for one to provide an analysis of some concept if one had no preanalytic convictions about what statements involving that concept are analytic."-Peter Van Inwagen

Yep
BOOM
I am so glad that you don't actually have to commit intellectual suicide to be a Christian. But how do I convince my conservative-modern-evangelical-nutjob friends that?
I made this yesterday. No one liked it on facebook :(
I never post on here. I shall change that.
