ok right since i have no pages atm i’m just going to throw up a quick n’ easy little reference rundown---

this is an oc who kind of exists in a flexible setting? the general nature of the universe he’s loosely based in is vaguely... inspired by things like ‘supernatural’ and ‘hellblazer’? where there tend to be massive, thriving magical/cryptid/monster communities?

he’s considered a specialist/consultant (of sorts) and gets sought out for help re: magic, the occult, the supernatural, and related (sometimes distantly) matters?

he kind of has a reputation for knowing things no one else does and getting people out of tight and/or impossible spots — for being reliable? not really. it’s not a given that someone will be able to track him down, or that he’ll help, even if they do. he doesn’t always expect payment, but when he wants something in return, his deals are all bartering and eldritch ‘bargains’ and ambiguous “”favors””.

w/all that in mind, he’s pretty warily regarded by most, but generally, he’s known as non-malicious and useful — it def helps that he’s been around for as long as a lot of the people currently in the business have been in the business (if it’s a family practice, he might have known and been known by parents and grandparents too, etc).

also i’m kind of toying w/the idea of an fc change-- thoughts?? i def don’t want to ditch my current one completely i associate that face with this character way too much at this point but i do want to switch things around a lil so like... maybe just have a bunch of alt/secondary fcs and play it as a ‘perceptions vary based on the person’ kind of thing???
