How unfortunate for him to bring that to light. Ryuu may or may not have been very excited to coach the entire nation of Japan into being an idol. After he heaved a defeated sigh he patted him over the shoulder one last time and smiled brightly at the compliment.
Being called things like ‘kind’ and such always made his day. Japan never once brought up the Ero Ero Beast issue to his face or tried to compare him and his fabricated image.
“Thank you! I at least try to be, anyway. So can I ask why you tried doing that, anyway? I know you said you were embarrassed but I thought you were doing really good!”
“It was a dare, and before you say anything, yes I had to do it. Let us not go into detail over this, Tsunashi-kun, if you would please.” Oh, how it hurt to have to put his foot down against one of his precious idols. He would have to make it up to Ryuunosuke later!
“You think I was doing good, even with my small and shy voice? Ah… A-ah…”
Excuse him, he overheated, his entire face glowing bright red. Tsunashi Ryuunosuke of TRIGGER just complimented his singing voice even though he wasn’t properly singing?!
This was truly the human personification of Japan, and Ryuu was becoming absolutely smitten with him. He was so cute, even when he was reprimanding the idol for stepping out of line.
I need to take him seriously, or he’ll hate me. I can’t have that! “Right! Please, forgive me Mister Japa-”
Hold the phone, how did his face suddenly get so red? What he did only moments ago must have been a little too embarrassing for him. Feeling awful that his own solo was the cause of this, Ryuu pulled out one of his paper fans and began to wave some air at the nation.
“D-do you need some water? Some shade? Should I call an ambulance-”
triggersheroine:
And there he was, suddenly behind Ryuu like a Phantom of the Night. He was visibly shaken, the poor man, so he put a hand on the elder’s shoulder and chuckled.
“It’s not that hard, really. Two years of dealing with such an image has put me into practice. Ohhh, are you wanting to become an idol too, Mister Japan? Let TRIGGER’s Tsunashi Ryuunosuke be your teacher!”
“Wh-what!? I– N-no, that’s…! I purely meant I could never prepare myself enough to do what you do–
“Besides, it’s bad for business for a professional idol such as yourself to take on a random student when you don’t have the rights to teach without the proper justification. Although, I… I must admit, I am honored that the Tsunashi Ryuunosuke-kun would want to teach me. You truly are a kind man.”
Aaaah… I could die happy right now!

“Hey, why did he run? I kind of liked his singing voice! Poor mister Japan though, he seemed really embarrassed. I wonder why?”
Kiku was absolutely using Ryuunosuke’s tall stature as a hiding spot after he fled.
“Tsunashi-kun, please try and recount your own lyrics… for heaven’s sake! I could never get up on stage and sing something like that the way you do… You are truly a professional, no doubt about it.”

All he wanted was to browse through a CD store’s collection to see if there was anything even remotely familiar. Some of it was, though the lot of it was American or from another country. Boy, wouldn’t Alfred be proud of himself if he ever ended up here? For the love of god, please don’t. This is like a reluctant vacation from all of his bullshit.
“Hm. Oh, what’s this?”
The cover of something caught his eye and he plucked it out of the mass, the cover more than just vaguely familiar. These three boys were dressed for success, their newest album that had released in Japan only weeks before he ended up here.
“This is TRIGGER! Their REGALITY album… Oh, I’m a huge fan… I have to have this–”
Low and behold, right beside him, a certain and very tall but handsome man was reaching for another copy of the same album. There was no mistaking those gorgeous yellow eyes and that head of sexily ruffled brown hair. Was this real? There was no mistaking any of the idols from his country. He knew them well, whether he met them in person or not.
“Tsu-Tsunashi Ryuunosuke-kun, in the flesh? Is this for real? I– What– To bring an idol here is unforgivable… They could at least leave my precious culture alone!”
Never mind it that the man was trying to disguise himself. Poorly, at that…
A record store was the perfect place to look for any and all IDOLiSH7, TRIGGER, and Re:vale merchandise. Ryuu took it upon himself to sift through their vast collection of albums, and he could recognize some of the artists from his world. When he stumbled upon ZOOL's single, he instinctively cringed and nabbed the REGALITY album next to it.
A hand nabbed a copy from behind it and before he knew it, the man gasped and sputtered his name. But he was disguised, how could he have possibly known? His disguises never worked, did they...?
"H-hey, sshhh! Please, keep it down... I appreciate your support and concern but it's alright, really!" Ryuu tried to flash him a kind smile above the wall of scarves wrapped around his face.
"I'm safe and happy, rest assured. Are you a fan? You said something about 'your culture,' so I'm assuming you're from Japan! It's always nice to meet a fan, Mister...?"
