Arrived in NY~
Okay so I am in New York and found the NYCC too. The subway could really use a couple more maps. I got SO lost the first few rides. xD Now I am waiting for Rich to show up with my badge, buuuut he is stuck in traffic. (what else :p) I might try my Norman Kraang cosplay tomorrow if I get it working again. Hopefully the contacts are still okay. Who needs eyes anyways. <_< Later today I'll meet up with poor sick Tarol, Danielle and Paul and then the crazyness commences.
Weiter soll eine “Pille danach” für Wahlen entwickelt werden, damit der Wähler (oder seine Frau) im Nachhinein die Stimmabgabe ungültig machen kann, falls die gewählte Partei (z.B. FDP) nach der Wahl plötzlich ganz anders agiert als zugesagt und die Stimmabgabe heftig bereut wird.

Little cubicles at the San Francisco Airport gates. I feel like home. xD The free internet connection sucks pretty much though. And I'm not gonna pay 10 bucks recurring fee or something. :P Poor Snee is Con-Crud ridden and sniffles. (No depiction provided on demand of the sickly) Now we have to wait two more hours for out flight to Toronto and then, finally, Quebec.
So many TMNT related things going on. xD We met Bebob, and there was a totem turtle pillar made of LEGO. I met Kevin Eastman again while I was cosplaying as Norman Kraang. Starscream is pouty in the presence of Megatron, as usual. Oh, and my contacts make me look mucho creepo! x3
We grabbed our badges at the convention centre and it is a beautiful day! Also I saw at least 4 other people with Ninja Turtle Backpacks! The audacity!
Yesterday night we went to the Fashion Valley to shop a bit, and found an amazing restaurant called "True Food" that was very urban food styled and makes everything fresh from local produce. The meal was damn delicious and the people were the nicest ever! It wasn't too pricey either, not cheap but completely reasonable for actual good food. Melon Mint Soda! MELON MINT SODA!!!
Aaand back to Toronto for our connection to San Diego. Yes we sit RIGHT NEXT to the rotor thing… seems totally safe and shit. ;_;
Waiting at Toronto Airport for my flight back to Quebec. Then soon off to San Diego! "AppleCon" was the cutest of weekends and shall be repeated for sure! <3
So I'm with Lando, Mek, Ragzie and "Husbanderuu" Kantra over the weekend and today we made a trip to Toronto. Had a stroll through Chinatown and ate ALL the things! ALL OF EM! (Seriously we ate a lot)
