Feminists say that if they walk around naked and get raped, it’s not their fault. Let me ask you this, if you owned a bank and left the doors wide open with no security and you got robbed in the middle of the night, is it the robbers fault or yours?
Literally the robber’s fault??? They walked in and took something that wasn’t theirs??? They knew pretty well that they shouldn’t steal things??? What is your argument even trying to prove???
Also can we stop equating women with inanimate possessions in an attempt to show their value and worth??? Jesus fucking christ. I’m not a bank with the doors left open. I’m not a car parked in a “bad neighborhood”. I’m not a shiny wrist watch, or a purse left unattended. I’m a fucking human being. I am not a consumable good. I’m not here for the taking. And if your miniscule brain can’t wrap around that concept, don’t confuse yourself by thinking that your opinion is in any way valuable or worth sharing.
true, it is not your fault if you get raped. but it does not mean that rapists do not exist or that you cannot have common sense and take precaution. its like a mother should not leave a child alone in public because she or he COULD get kidnapped. you should not leave your bank open because it COULD get robbed. it might not be a good idea to walk loosely dressed in a shady alley because you COULD get raped or killed. bad action is not justifiable, but at the same time you cannot expect it to be like ‘they knew pretty well that they shouldn’t rape people’ or ‘they knew they kidnapped something that was not theirs’ because sick and inhuman people sadly exist, and you cannot always expect to reason with them or them to be like oh wait no i should not do this its wrong what am i doing so the least you can do is take precaution if you do not want to get killed, raped, robbed, kidnapped etc because after it has happened it cannot be undone anymore no matter how much you go like its the robbers fault!! rapists fault!!! even if its 1000% their fault
