note that in most cases they’re personal blogs of people who hold truscum opinions but aren’t necessarily blogs centred around truscum ideology, I haven’t really seen many of those apart from my own

i used to be an insufferable mogai asshole but after several 'come to jesus' moments im now trans medicalist and absorbing the content of blogs like your own as therapy. something that always struck me even as a mogai was how mogais are always aggressive and verbally abusive but truscum replies are... always calm. thanks for doing what you do

Demigirls who are afab are technically still trans, no? They're only mostly female, not 100% and therefore differ from what they were assigned at birth.

demigirls are still girls, only slightly dissociated from that identity

in the case of dfab demigirls its not enough to elevate them to the status of a trans person by a long shot. trans isn’t just a technical term its a shared experience and i dont think dfab demigirls or dmab demiboys should invade such spaces based on the fact that they dont have a history of oppression (and never will. society sees them as the gender they mostly are)

plus this is really arbitrary, this whole ‘90% female’ or ‘30% male’ business, it isn’t really based on anything apart from personal characteristics. if you extend that logic theres no one left on earth who can be classified as cis and the groups are dismantled

BTW I just thought I should clarify, while I constantly refer to myself as transmedicalist and think gender dysphoria (body dysphoria) is a medical condition I don’t think it’s one that you need an official ‘diagnosis’ to be able to claim to have, as in, it’s dead easy to recognise, as is the case if you had a cold or whatever

Well, it’s a good thing I don’t hate myself, then. Dysphoria doesn’t mean you hate yourself; it is a deep, psychological discomfort with the primary and secondary sexual traits your body displays.

Dysphoria has nothing to do with gender roles/stereotypes, nothing to do with clothes, and everything to do with one’s comfort within one’s body.
